This energy can pull you up or drag you down: it depends of what surrounds you and what surfaces greet you. I ask you: are your walls dirty? do you have “blah” art around you? have you windexed your desk in the last year?! hows that floor? have you mopped/vaccumed it lately? and… those windows? Make your surfaces shimmer and you are directly impacting your physical and mental well being on many levels.
